Development Living is a FREE service for owners, residents and tenants of Estates/Developments/Flats in South Africa. Our website provides an easy way for Home Owners Associations, or Bodies Corporate, to keep in touch with their owners and residents. We offer many management features including notice boards, opinion polls, an address book and document downloads.
In addition we have functionality created specifically for managing agents which, for example, allows them to add estates they manage. The website provides a great way for managing agents to get a "snap shot" of activity in an estate, any time they require it. They are also able to post notices and add documents for any of the estates which they administer.
